Success Is A Job In New York

I lost my job in December, it was a good experience as I walked away with thousands of dollars, BUT after the euphoria and money disappeared the reality of being jobless in Manhattan began to sink in. I was babysitting my 2 year old all day, frantically sending out resumes while all around me people were well dressed and going to their exciting jobs. These days the job hunt takes place on the net,you send out the resume and if you are lucky someone gets back to you by email and arranges an interview. In 4 months I had 6 interviews..One particularly desperate day I responded to a Craigslist ad looking for an office assistant, little did I know but this was to be my break. I went to the interview and found out it was a job at a prestigious international foundation. I clicked very well with the lady who was to be my boss and most important she knew a friend of mine who called her after my interview and raved about my mad skills. But still time went by and there seemed to be no progress. I began to utilize metaphysical techniques to produce the circumstances and results that I wanted shown here: http://wallacewattles.wwwhubs.com/rich.htm
Every time that I applied the principles in the manifesto I would receive an email from my future employer further advancing the hiring process. This led to a 2nd interview involving 5 people, then I produced two research reports which led to a tentative offer and finally a phone call offering me the position. Now 4 weeks later I find myself back in the matrix attending wonderful parties, working in the bustle of midtown and having a meaningful purpose in my day job working here: http://www.childhood-usa.org/ The moral of my little tale, never give up on yourself, and the power of positive thought is a real and useful tool in advancing your desires and ambitions in this world that we live in.
