EVICTION (part 1)

So I went to civil court today, our management company has served us with eviction papers. The problem is a mad woman Miss Sharon Pais the neighbor downstairs who is intollerant of any NOISE! She is a screwed up monster who despises me and my family, she has a long history of complaints and is responsible for throwing out the previous tenants.
I have decided to fight the nasty Ho, so it began. In a small courtroom in downtown Manhattan I met my lawyer Jay Berg a middle aged bald jew, interesting chap, worked as a clerk in retail till he was 38 and decided at that age to go to law school, rose up through the ranks and is a successful Landlord/Tenant attorney.Very bright,I paid him a $1000 retainer and after analyzing the "Notice to Cure" has decided to argue a motion to dismiss on Sept 12.If this fails its Trial time. I was nervous but the Judge's assistant a powerful woman who hears everything before the jude does looked directly at me and winked, inferring I have nothing to worry about, then she made another comment as I was leaving saying " i'm not allowed to say anything but..."
Overall the experience was educating and i'm not too worried..it will only hurt if I keep adding $$$$ although WHEN I win the other side bastards will have to pay all my legal fees. Check back around Sept 12 for results of the Motion...
