Your Fired

Sad day at the job. A brother from the projects named Omar, chose to speak up at a staff gathering and subsequently got fired. I work at a major Non-profit in New York City, recently we have had consultants called in to determine new staff
"values and 100% accountability" so after a full presentation stressing that we should speak up and take risks how we feel, This guy Omar speaks up and says straight up truths how pathetic we actually are in helping the poor people of this city and how we are hypocritical..all basic truths. The ceo stands up and tries to rebute Omar but Omar in his passion shouts him down. It was a Bright Shining Moment and he paid the price. We went out for lunch came back and was told he was Fired. By bringing up the problem Omar became the problem and within hours was brutally and unfairly terminated. Here was a real Nigger from the hood" who tried hard to express his views and refused to be put down, now he is 31,unemployed,divorced,three kids
with zero prospects but gambling on baseball. An example of the unfair practices of Corporate America. The final word was its ok to disagree but not ok to be disagreeable. Horseshit if you ask me and very sad.

Doctor Fleeze

My little 2 year old contacted a terrible fever Saturday. he wouldn't let anyone but me near him. He was burning up, but i was calm and professional. Instead of giving him drugs I let the fever run as long as I could without medicating. fever is the body's way of fighting a virus.if you medicate its a false positive. I gave him powerful Motrin only twice in 48 hours. By this morning he was completely recovered.
Where did the virus go/ Why didn't I get it? Instead of panicking or freaking out and taking him to the hospital i was confident enough in my own healing abilities to ride the illness, respect his wishes in not taking his temperature, letting him know he was sick and asked him to work with me to defeat the virus which we both did successfully. Keep this post in mind for your future children's sickness.
credit goes to Joey C who has 6 kids and consistently gives me advice.
